7th Grade Eagle Bluff Trip

Payment for the EAGLE BLUFF trip deposit is due by November 7, 2023. 

Please be sure to complete the following forms and turn them in to your students teacher by November 7th as well:

  • Overnight Permission Form
  • Lodging agreement
  • Eagle Bluff Medical Release Form
  • PCCS Student Medication Authorization Form (one form for EACH medication)

 

If making payment in installments, change the amount due to the amount you want to pay and place the item in your basket.  As a reminder, payment arrangements need to be APPROVED in ADVANCE by contacting iharrison@pccharterschool.org or lindia@pccharterschool.org.
